  • Medium Grind 80 grams of Up North blend

  • Add grinds to 1150 mL/grams of cold water

  • Steep in the refrigerator for 12 hours

  • Serve over ice or in a cocktail. Enjoy!





Double Buzz
  • 3 ounces cold brew
  • 2 ounces amaro
  • 3 dash mole bitters
  • stir & served in a collins glass over ice


American Girl
  • 3 ounces cold brew
  • 2 ounces grapefruit liquor
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • orange seltzer to the top
  • stir & serve over ice with an orange wedge


  • 1.5 ounces cold brew
  • 1.5 ounces cherry cola
  • 1.5 ounces red wine
  • combine & serve over ice


  • 1 ounce cold brew
  • 0.5 ounce apricot nectar
  • shake over ice
  • serve over a scoop of vanilla ice cream


Coffee Cream
  • 2 ounces cold brew
  • 2 ounces cream
  • 4 ounces seltzer
  • chocolate syrup to taste
  • stir & serve over ice


Heat Lightning
  • 3 ounces cold brew
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • shaken, serve over ice & top with seltzer water
